The public info was that the CIA was simply going to use this technology in-house. yeah - right.
i'm suprised nobody talks about In-Q-Tel. it's a CIA company that 'invests' in technology/information companies. i'm sure if they 'invested' enough into some information companies, they would have significant access to information
