I'm working on a new website with a domainname similar to booble.com but than the b's are g's and the o's are different. Can they sue me? Or how did booble.com survive? And what are my chances? I have the name know for a couple of years but I didn't do a lot with it. Now I want to setup some kind of tgp on it! (the tgp will become very refreshing)

The one I have in mind has some differences. I am working on a "maybe" good converting tgp.

A long time ago i had a gay search site on it.. but i didn't put a lot of effort on it because i didn't have enough and the right content. Nowadays it is a ringtone site. I have about 3 or 4 sales a day not that much.. but now i have a good plan for that site... ;-) (You'll hear of it within a few weeks).
But now i am doubting about the name i should use... I can use another name and may be no publicity just hard work to become a good tgp or i can try to catch some publicity with this name with the possibility of getting sued.Comment
