I have a domain and I am trying to forward it over to another host, but it will not switch. I triple and quadruple checked everything but for somereason the domain will not move over. What is wrong or any suggestions? Thanks...

Just give it some time, it can take up to 36 hours for the change to propagate fully, in the meanwhile the site will resolve to the old machine for some people and the new one for others.Originally posted by Harmon
If you wanna make sure everything works correctly go to your windowns folder (if you are running windows) then system32/drivers/etc
edit the file called "hosts" and add the new data in the following format
123.MY.NEW.1P mydomain.com

You can set the domains TTL (time to live) for faster transfers
Also try running in your command line "ipconfig /flushdns" for fresh DNS results from your ISPmoney talks and bullshit walks.Comment

are you sure you are not just seeing a cached version from your ISP? Perhaps have someone else test it for you or modify your HOSTS file.
Switching nameservers should do it for you.Comment
