Did you also notice that they advertise HipHopHoneys.com on one of the stations? When the game first came out Walmart and a few other places raised a big fuss about it advertising that site. I wonder did the webmaster have a "in" with the production team, or did he just jump on it once he heard it?

I believe that refers to retail stores ordering copies of the game, it's largely misleading. However, I'm sure the game will sell a buttload of copies.

actually game recordings is Royce da 5'9's company. If u notice he is the head MC for that radio station on the game and they sell the hiphophoneys video tape...damn good marketing plan though. for info on the new GTA u can go to www.kentpaul.com

It is a good marketing plan, and the site is really pretty nice. It has that upscale feel they're going for.

I was wondering myself if the GTA3/hiphophoneys.com relationship had been mentioned on GFY before. But I never even think about it except when I'm playing the game.

If I know what youre talking about, I normally just come from above the target, drop down and hope like hell that I hit the target. It's a great game, I got bored of it pretty quickly though, it's all about Jah radio

as far as gta4 goes.. www.gtavicecity.com is the preview.

as far as gta3 goes.. the websites, commercials, etc, on the radio stations are all "real" ..manufactured by rockstar entertainment. check 'em out, like www.petsovernight.com "Delivering Little Bundles of Love, in a box, directly to your door ..meow!

...and I'm expecting just as much Debbie Harry in GTA4 as in GTA3 on Flashback! heh

Anyone know what those sign painting looking fonts they use there are? I used to do hand lettered signs and I love that shit.
