I've read some real horror stories about people getting screwed by contractors on new homes and when they go to sue the contractor is gone....poof....corporation dissipated and the same guys are operating under a new name and you can't sue them.
At least you were able to get this guy into the courtroom.

he sued ME - i just wanted it to go away but when he sued me I got pissed and counter sued.
