Thumb size will stay the same... Layout of the thumbs is totally up too you,What I like is something original and creative! I like a clean yet quality design. If there is more than one design I like I will be willing too pay for more than 1 and we can just change it somehow for a new site
I am always looking for new designers so there is no "end" too the contest.
