    what do you think about people that...

    Signup on your site for a few months, login a million times in that period from the same ip that signed up originally. Confirm the fact that they actually joined the website (so it's not fraud)

    then call Visa and tell them they never joined the site and get everything charged back?

    What if this person was a webmaster?
