    UK Navy pays for soldier's boob job

    Boob job for sailor

    The Navy has paid for a boob job for a man.

    The junior rating in his 20s had a breast reduction op to remove saggy "man's boobs" after losing a lot of weight.

    A Wren on the same assault ship - HMS Albion - has had breast enhancement surgery reports The Sun.

    The Ministry of Defence paid a total of £37,838 for cosmetic surgery treatments last year, including nose jobs and tummy tucks.

    The Navy insisted the operations were carried out in military hospitals for "serious clinical reasons".

                                                          This has been happening in the US since at least the 1960's. Military surgeons are paid a salary, not per surgery. If you want a boob job, tummy tuck, etc. and they have time to do it - needless to say you are at the bottom of the list - and you pay for supplies, they will do it. Military plastic surgeons need practice performing these surgeries and if they don't do enough, they have to leave for more training. This situation is beneficial to all involved and doesn't cost the taypayers a penny.

                                                                                                                          Hm, interesting...as far as I know the military will cover any plastic surgery that will repair what they damaged...or if it's something that is really causing you physical pain....like breast reductions

                                                                                                                          I know they don't do implants, lipo. nor tummy tucks. I was a military wife for 5 years, had many female friends who tried to get tummy tucks and they clearly will not perform that type of plastic surgery!
