1. Agreement of the Agency
All shoots take place at a 4 Star hotel in the down town area of your city or a pre approved location.
Also Included: 2 Round Trip Airfare Tickets (1 for management and 1 for talent) - First time clients this is a mandatory rule.
Hotel Accommodations for shot, plus one day (4 Star hotel or Higher only).
Ground Transportation for the duration of trip. (SUV or Luxury Vehicle Only).
1 Case of Fiji Water and a small stipend for room service.
For any events, personal security guard for the duration of event, plus 2 hours before event and 2 hours after event.
THE ABOVE IS NON NEGOTIABLE

3. Key Person Provision
We look forward to your business in the future. NO BOOKING IS DONE BY TALENT. ALL BOOKING IS DONE THROUGH MANAGEMENT, EVEN PERSONAL BOOKINGS. Please book 48-96 hrs. in advance to guarantee that you are RESERVED. Please reply to this email with DATES, LOCATION, AGREEMENT OF THIS RIDER, DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK FOR CLIENT, COMPANY NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER. 4. Agency Compensation
Monies are paid 1/2 in advance 48hrs. before BOOKING. Remaining 1/2 once the starlet & parties meet UP FRONT. Unless otherwise noted and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Due Respect
Some of these request may appear to be very extreme but here at Bella Mafia we take pride in our acts as you should as well. Every item in this contract IS NOT up for debate but exceptions can be made.
6. Confirmation and Booking

Please send over a detailed proposal, which would include proposed dates and an outline / itinerary of projected event. After your counter proposal with the attention of focus on the rider which has been provided we can host a phone conference to discuss the particulars. If you find anything of your interest that is not addressed as far as pricing, that will be set on a per case basis. Due to travel, usage of content (commercial / personal / corporate, etc) The more detailed the proposal it will clearly help expedite the process of booking Ms. Cherokee.
