Don't go for the cheapest quote when it comes to tour design. Also give the raw images to the design and give them as much information as possible such as text to use, models to use on certain pages, look and feel (with examples if possible) of what you are trying to achieve. It will save you much time in the long run...

I dont want to step on anyones toes here and you know me as a straight shooter... but didnt a similar instance happen between you and a client about a year ago?
something about work not being finished nor delivered nor refunded?
both parties were disgruntled and you explained yoru side as to being something like too many revisions and remakes or something that it wasnt worth the final payout...
Now dont quote me as im not sure the exact details but i remember something along these lines and just shows you that you may not know their deal or what went on.
If you dont want people hounding you about the things youve encountered then dont hound others :p

Close, don't worry man, no footises stepped on by you, I have respect for you and your opinions, just to clear this up it was with Cutty, now on here Black Label Scripts, what happened was he decided he didn't want me to do the work after already paying, asked for a refund, and since I normally don't keep money in paypal long, I requested that he give me 3-5 biz days to load paypal to get the money back, then just before the load completed, and the fact that we were arguing with each other he made a thread calling me out, once I noticed the thread I scrambled to find someone to do a epass to paypal transfer for me, luckily Arock did it and I refunded him his money...
Now the difference between me and Brokepimp is once the thread was made, I refunded him, what does this idiot do? Tells them to shut up and that he made an "offer" to them... I've heard the story of 1 of them personally from them, and this guy is a fucking joke.
He trolled me out of no where for no reason whatsoever so I'm doing it right back, except I have a reason.
Anyway, I'm going back to what I was doing, talk to ya later homie, someday we have to pwn each others faces on MW2.Comment
