      Not at all. Given the current real estate bubble in some parts of the USA, many people in the middle class (specially those just out of college or grad school) may find themselved hard pressed finding a house they can afford.

            I should have bought a house when I first moved here.. but i thought i would wait and see if i really wanted to stay...

            Now you can't get shit for less than $600k

            So i guess i either have to make more money or move back to the mainland if i want a house.
