He's nervous because he probably didnt want to get high for Oprah.. but to go out and do comedy he can no problem..... science has proven that once smoking pot for a while.. it takes a few years off before you get back to normal.. otherwise you have to continue smoking to keep full brain use
so if you quit, you ARE dumb for a few years... but continuous marijuana actually stimulates the brain
