Could you please tell me where will be best advertising such a thing?
Are there any dedicated websites for 'site selling?'

If you're looking to sell a site, then you've got to atleast
let people look at before you'll get "staight answers". Nobody
appraises a car without being told more than it's red.
How can anyone say where to sell it if they don't have an idea
of what the site would cater to?

It appears that you only want to sell half the business, just
the site. So divide that revenue in half, now times by 6 months.
$90,000 is your top end. *IF* everything matches up to what
you say for revenues.

I can't give you the url at the moment, since this year's lottery is about to end. I don't want affiliates to know I am selling the site.

10%? Your generosity is overwhelming.

I have to ask why anyone would sell a site that grosses $50k/mo for $150-200k.

I would also be interested in how you end up with $20k/mo in expenses. Sounds rather steep for the type of site you are talking about.
