I know it sucks but CCBill has no legal reason to notify you of the information they've given or even if they start to garnish your income when you don't pay your child support.
When it comes to child support, they can take it directly from CCBill or whoever your "employer" is. If you switch to a new billing company & try to hide the information, they will just start garnishing your bank account directly.
I've seen it happen to a friend of mine that had no idea until he noticed a chunk of cash missing from his check & had to call to find out what was going on. He was extra fucked cuz he *had* been making his payments, but was giving his ex cash which, of course, she denied ever receiving.
