Rules vary from state to state, but in general - as long as there is a lawsuit - someone can subpoena stuff.

In this case it would be relevant, but you are by no means REQUIRED to turn stuff over on a subpoeana - you can file a motion to quash the subpoeana, but in this case - I think you would lose. And CC Bill isn't going to care - they will just give out the info.

I have had my info requested in this manner before - and some places let me know - while some places did not.

A subpoeana is usually not signed by a judge - I have done my own before - and when I went to the clerks office - I found out the gave BLANK SIGNED subpoeanas to lawyers, but not to me - but they stamped mine there.
