Brand0n attacked me earlier on today, over traffic he never even paid for. It was traffic he won from a contest like this one. A simple ICQ message would have solved that, but you see the path he took.
A few other attacks were from his buddies that were just backin him up, even though Brand0n wasn't able to show that he ever bought traffic from me - ever. Not a single ICQ log, email, or PayPal screenshot - nothing.

it would seem that the best way to do damage control on your rep is to make your customers happy..

Do you actually know where all your traffic comes from? Are all those sources upstanding businesses or are they from SPAM, Groups and young people who should not even be viewing the sites?
If someone scams you don't do business with that person and take the action needed to recoup your losses. Don't bash someone for winning a contest.
