Perhaps you've been hacked? In anycase If your virus-ware, spybot, and hijackthis didn't find anything, maybe it's time for a rebuild?
Suggest adding a good software firewall in addition to your hardware firewall.
It's hell sometimes. Some kind of nasty shit out there.
I found Kaspersky works well for viruses and hacks. Running other protection too on my PC. Sems smart to not name it all or its configuration.
