yeah growing up my best friend's birthday was the 14th of this month, he got screwed royally - but as a parent it would be a dilemma as far as gifts go, too much at one time for any kid. so if i had a kid with a December birthday I'd make them a deal - they can pick out any day of the year and have that as their alternate birthday and get something good on that day.Originally posted by Vanilla

Mine is December 12th. When I was a kid, it used to be awesome... I didn't know the difference. Now it's dwindled down to a combination happy birthday/merry christmas/happy new year card (if I'm lucky). I want a July birthday! Everyone is busy or it snows on my birthday. It's so unfair! lol ...December birthdays do suck, you don't get to feel as special sharing with Jesus! haha
