As we know Aaron can be very opinionated about things and people (not saying that as a put down.. just a fact.) and having him talk to someone who he does trust and knows how "AaronM" does work is smart business. Tim will get to hear possibly more then one side to any issues that might arise and help guide Aaron and AMP into places he might have not been able to see otherwise..
