3 brothers in trouble after watching porn at drive-thru

BRYAN, Texas - Want fries with your porn? Police report three brothers are in trouble with the law for watching an X-rated DVD in a fast food drive-thru lane.
Investigators say the men were watching porno on a ceiling mounted screen in their vehicle. The woman in the car behind at them at a McDonald's filed a complaint with police.
The driver, 23-year-old Thomas Nicholas Godoy, has been cited for obscene display. But 24-year-old Jose Godoy Junior had three arrest warrants for failing to appear in court and was busted.
The third brother, 21-year-old Rito James Godoy, was arrested after police say they found part of a joint in the car's ashtray.
