    Laws for registerd trade mark domains

    Hi I was wondering how cartoon porn sites work. Is it legal to have trademarked porn characters and domains?

    For example, if you had simpsonsporn.com or jetsonsporn.com would they be able to come after you for using there trademarked name in your domain? As well as the names on your website?

    Was curious before doing any cartoon porn ventures.

                      What about having a type-o domain like amazon.cm than redirect all the traffic to the amazon.com affiliate program? Can they sue you for that or just cancel the affiliate account and make u take down the site?

                          If they have a famous trademark, and a legal department, you could be in trouble.

                              You can make parody of the characters, you can not use their real names as easily, and even then they can sue. Their warchests make yours look like the piggy bank of a welfare mom with a 200 dollar a day crack habit. Of course you technically are in the right, the ride and cost are just not worth it - unless you have a lawyer you want to become a personal slave too forever.
