    Where can I find a script that...

    Where can I find a script that I can plug into a website that:

    1. Allows the user to upload images
    2. resizes them to predetermined size
    3. makes a thumbnail for the pic
    4. inserts the thumbnails on a template for viewing.

    PHP preferred.
