Just came back from the gym

I can't wait till I get definition... I can already see a difference. The hardest thing is getting back into it when you miss a few days... I can stick to it if I've got a schedule

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Stick to it. You will get better results if you're consistent. I'm addicted to the energy rush I get after working out.

Btw, show us some of your definition

Now this is thread can relate to I was going 3 days a week with a trainer and I took/am taking a break for the holidays while my kids are off track because the schedule is hard and I am sooooo regretting it, this I already know. Thinking I am going back right on Jan 2nd, but I have the show, errkkk. So guess I won't be starting back up til after that. I don't even want to think about it

Way to go ... I love fitters!

I hit a threshold last year while working on endurance (trail running), which for the life of me I could not surpass, until I started taking breaks.

I always thought I had to do it every day, but that is not true ... the temple needs time to process all that is being done to it, and rest along with replenishment is very important ... at least for my body type.
