Ditto on the support issues. I have a 6 day old ticket that has never been responded to and two e-mails that have gone unanswered in regards to the support tickets.
One of the reasons I chose cologroup was the announcement 3-4 months ago by Jason about their new control panel. This never happened for whatever reason. However, IF the control panel were in place, I could handle my own support needs on these two items.
PS... Billing is always on time.
