                  very very sore. i wear sunglasses a lot, it seems to help.

                  i know its "weird" to wear them indoors, but its better than your eyes falling out. plus i can be just like corey hart.

                                              my eyesight has gotten worse over last year from using notebooks too much

                                                                  you are supposed to look away from the computer screen every so often, i forget how much but you can look it up. also contacts and computer screens can be a very bad mix. again, look it up.

                                                                      Ive been working on computers for long hours since the mid 90s. Id say the only time my eyes bother me is when ive spent over 20 hours straight working. I can handle the eye problems, what i hate is the ADDHD type of effects i get from spending so much time in front of a pc working.
