Get real. You think that privatized for-profit healthcare doesn't provide a better level of service than "welfare" government-subsidized service?

What do you do if you want a procedure that is deemed "unnecessary" by the healthcare system there? I'm curious as to how that works. Say you get in an accident, and your nose is slightly crooked a few months down the road. Is that free?
