The best advice i can give is: Act normal and friendly. Dont act like youre brad pitt. Youre not gods gift to women. Dont try to impress them with words/money/looks/attitude/whatever. I don't drink anymore, and rarely go to the club. When I do, I am usually bothered most of the night by people trying to 'model' or talk to me about it.
But back in the day, I would hook up fairly easily. I am not suave, and I am not going to turn girls to stone either. Just an average Joe. But I went there for myself, not nessesarily to hook up. So while the boys were all wallflowers, I was the only one who was dancing, and generally by myself. Then the girls would all come up and dance with me over the course of the night. Some hawties. Some yodas. I would dance with everyone.
The cliche is true though. If you can dance, but you dance with some of the less attractive. The hawties will come out to steal you from them. Always happened. I did not care who I danced with. It was just a dance. But as the night would go on, the girls would keep getting better looking.
I would get asked to dance, so I rarely had to ask. So I did not get shot down. But the wallflowers did all the time.
Also I do not buy drinks. Only time I would is if they came with me. No other time. i think it's an act of desperation. I've seen many try this approach, and some girls would take the drink, then tell them to fuck off. Or they would just refuse.
Also, I was there for ME. Me to dance, and have a good time, and hang with the boys. So I did not treat the girls like dinner, nor was I trying to get them in the sack. But it happened a lot where I would get asked to go back to their place, etc.
A lot of it is a confidence game. If you do not treat a woman like the 99% of the other males trying to get in their pants, and get a hook up, you are polite, and not trying to get digits. You get more hook ups with the passive approach.
So don't be a guido.
