it isnt bad when i dont move, like now.

BUT its very VERY bad at work because i dont sit still, and in bed at night i cant really get comfy at all.

They can be a sign of "Portal hypertention" which is a sign of liver damage.

That can also cause something called "oesophageal varices", they are a sort of hemorriod in the throat. They can burst and when they do u bleed to death, u have no chance unless u are in hospital when it happens.

It was one of specialities when I was nursing.

Its more likely to be sitting down too much though.... worth having checked out if u drink too much or have hepatitis
