I am trying to learn about the industry - but not to compete with you. I am in business development for a Silicon Valley company that has technology to conduct multi-user voice/video over IP with up to 200 people per call!
We have the network and the software and it has been proven in the marketplace since 2001. It adds value to all of those who already use skype, googletalk etc. (They only offer 1-1 video).
I want to come up with a strategy on how to best approach this market as a technology/network provider -not as a player.
Your thoughts?
