It's a virus that lays dormant in your spinal column, you may never show signs of it EVER.. but it is there.. and when the contact with a carrier happens, it trigers the virus to manifest... the trigger in your post above would be skin contact with another persons sore... I am merely proving a point that everyone has the unmanifested version of the virus in them.. but it's waiting for the day that the proper trigger is there to come out..
