    ICQ HELP!? alphabetize contacts?!

    I cannot figure out how to organize my ICQ contacts.

    HELP!?!?

      General>sort users>by name

      You have to redo this constantly but it works

                  Yo Halcyon...if you are using ICQ5:

                  1. Bring ICQ to the front.
                  2. Hit control + f
                  3. Type the name you are looking for in.
                  4. BOOM - You will be able to find people in seconds.

                  That trick changed my life. Hope it helps you.

                                                      You guys can have your list permanently sorted by name..

                                                      Just goto Preferences -> Contact List

                                                      Under options, Uncheck the box that says "Move the last user that sent a message to the top of the Contact List"

                                                      Then under Design, check the box that says "Sort Contact List by:" and select "Name"

                                                      Wala..

                                                      The control + f trick only works if you have the hotkeys enabled, which I don't because it interferes with other shortcuts such as Photoshop
