Probably when my cousin died. she was like a sister to me and she died when she was 23 of cancer. I held everything in and kinda kept it together but it got to me and I went to her grave alone one day to leave flowers and I sat in my car for a good 20 minutes and cried. That was a few years back, but your right, sometimes things build on you and it helps to let it out.
I had a gushing cry off and on for about four hours last night. I rested well and feel "cleansed" today. A good cry now and then is always healthy...even if you're not pregnant!
luv,
Candice

You judge me for being different, I laugh because you are all the same!

thats hard my friend. i know i'm the kind of person that bottles up all the emotions, but of course you do need to find a way to let go once in a while, and when it comes to death, its the hardest thing to deal with sometimes

the next time you cry, just picture me holding you, naked, and you will feel better
The day my son was born I cried like a baby right beside him. I would overwhealmed with emotions. I still cry everytime he looks at me and smiles, not a full blown one, but a tear or two.
