I'm Canadian, so probably not much use to you :) Bank Of Montreal.

The way I had things set up before, my business account could only be accessed (for withdrawls) in person at my branch - as far as I know, most business accounts work this way. My personal accounts we're set up like normal accounts, accessible from any branch.

I have all new accounts now, and they have all been 'frozen'. I have to go in person, and the branch manager has to come over and 'say hi' to me, then sign an authorization before any withdrawls can be put through.

The downside of this is no internet banking anymore, and no interact/bank machines - except for one account that i keep less than 10K in, which is not frozen, and so can be used online and with interac/bank machines.
