It's called a market gap. And no, it's not real. There's a HIGH demand for sites to be built. But no one is actually prepaired to pay a fair price for a site. $2000 for a 100K site is peanuts. Some may be prepaired to pay $3000 or even $4000 to have one grown, but that's about it. What that does is attract snake oil salesmen and still keep serious builders away. People want big sites so badly that they'll choose to believe pretty much anyone who'll claim to be able to build them. See the MGPBuilders example, they made off with at least $50K, then that piece of shit mcr kept scamming people after his partner "disappeared with the money". This DESPITE several warnings.
