    Question about fags being kicked out of the military

    So, I was wondering: for the gay people that get banned from military because they are gay. What evidence do they use to prove the guy is gay?

    - He was watching gay porn?
    - He wasn't jerking off on women's pictures in a long time?
    - He sucked some guy's dick?
    - He made a compliment to some guy?
    - He spoke politely to another man?
    - He slapped some man's butt?
    - He humped some guy?
    - He had a threesome with guys?
    - He sucked the commander's cock?
    - Some other gay dude raped him?

    etc. Any ideas on this?

      The military has a policy of don't ask...don't tell. If they admit to being gay that is cause to discharge them...or if they are caught committing a gay act...that is cause to be discharged.

                  Actually the policy is: Dont ask, dont tell, and dont pursue.

                  Meaning they cant ask you if you are gay.
                  You cant tell them if you are gay.

                  And they cant pursue the issue about it.

                  That does not mean that the policy goes unbroken by either side.
