I saw them open for Aerosmith last year in San Jose - the sight of Gene Simmons (in makeup) drooling blood under a full moon sky was amazing, and they fucking kicked ass!
Much better than when I saw them prancing about in the 80s without makeup and playing 'hair band' at a sucky concert...
I'm a big fan of Aerosmith, but there was no way to follow a show like KISS put on that night and not look lameComment

I worshipped Kiss when I was a kid but never got to see a concert .. until a few yrs back on their "Final" tour: their last show in Toronto, ever.
Better late then never and I'm glad I finally got to see them live. Even at 50+ they put on a helluva show.Comment
