It is like taking your own life into your hands.
And yes the customer service is pretty crappy.
But when we did have problems I can honestly say at least I wasn't given a phone number that I had to pay per minute.
I mean France has a hell of a scam going!!!!
If you have a complaint with a company or want any kind of customer service you have to dial the equivalent of a 900 number just to talk to someone.
And this isn't like needing tech support on your computer. I could understand that...
It's like calling a store to ask their hours or closest location and having to pay 3 euro. (After you sit on hold for 10 minutes listening to elevator music)
Well...
I finally got my package....
But the final total was:
1) 30 euro in phone calls,
2) a scream fit at the local post office for the chronopost address,
3) Metro tickets,
4) A major 45 minute freak out at the shipping depot. Before somoene got sick and tired of hearin me scream and walked into the back and got my parcel.
