Why not believe it? Not sure if they adjusted for time zones. Either way I figure most would be viewed either while someone else was at work which are those hours typically or while at work. Yes I think tons of people view porn anf go into full on fap mode while at work. Some just may have private offices to view it from while others do not.
I still to this day get user emails asking if we would install a panic button on our streaming movie page so they can easily one click close it at work.

In some polls we ran very few said they fapped to our stuff while the wife was asleep at night or when the kids were home. Makes sense to me as well.
