Need Tech Advice After Spyware Infestation

I'm pretty sure I've got rid of all remnants of the spyware but my computer - especially IE is running very slow and IE locks up alot.

    format C: ain't an option!

need advice - if i look at Windows Task Manager I see IE at 100% often - what's up with that?

    thanks
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

How about a system restore to a time prior to the infestation?

another good trick to make sure you have everything removed, is to go thru your windows folders and right click sort files by "last modified" this will show any new files that have been added to your system especially check your root c and winddows/system32 folder

thanks i'll do that but i'm pretty sure i got everything - if I re-install IE should
I uninstall it first or can I install over it? if I uninstall I don't want to lose my OutlookExpress mailboxes and my IE Favorites.
