A majority of the worlds population are third world countries that are fighting to live from day to day and cannot fight a war. The USA could have defeated North Vietnam on any single day with the use of nukes, or in any given thirty day period, with airpower and no nukes, or any three month period with land forces. Our policticians chose not to invade North Vietnam. So it is very stupid of you to say the USA could not "beat the North Vietnamese". When you have something knowledgable to say please post again.
