I know a guy who outsourced his nick and makes an easy few hundred per month... or at least it was the case last year, cause he said sth that the outsourcing prices went up lol. In other words, no posting from his side, but money in his pocket.
I was selling my sig too few months ago, last time I was getting only $300 for it, its an irony that an completely un-noticed outsourced nickname who had an old deal with a big company that bought sigs in bulk, was getting significantly more lol.
But I'd agree that the sig market almost died, at leats compared to 2004 when it started. From what I saw even KRL didn't get any good offers for his sigs lately, although - regardless of what is happening with men.com
- he is still one of the most recognized posters here.
So overall, you have to be a top posting machine like Juicy, or you need to have strong biz relations with a particular company outside GFY ( which most likely means = sending lots of sales, or doing any promo on shows etc ).
Obviously they are still companies that come to GFY and buy a few sigs fast, but they most often buy sigs from guy who registered 3 months before, and are happy with $50 per month lol.
