                                        Don't get it twisted! I LOVE NY, and the people, food and night life are off the chain - but los angeles just has a feel ... the beaches, the palm trees, the "hollywood" thing about it!

                                        NY is a great place to visit, but I don't think I'd want to live there again

                                            shit, we knew what we were doing...we lived on reseda blvd...about 8 miles from the beach..and even with back roads it still took almost 30 minutes to hit the beach

                                            la is just a shithole...we lived there 2 years and nothing good came out of it, except a nice paycheck and a HUGE ulcer

                                            LA=uptight living, unless you have tons of cash...if you have tons of cash it is all good...but don't ever try and live there when you are living paycheck to paycheck

                                                    i can find a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a nicely developed area, inside the perimeter, of atlanta for under $500k

                                                    try and find that in a nice neighborhood in LA for under $1.5million

                                                    the ONLY thing LA has better than atlanta is the beach and the environment that comes with a beach area....

                                                                                                                                Ive been to both numerous times.

                                                                                                                                Atlanta - Family, Buckhead, brunettes, VIP in clubs, friends in high places, i know a bunch of recording artists.

                                                                                                                                LA - don't know anyone (does ex-girlfriend count?), wait in long ass lines everywhere i go, beaches, blondes.

                                                                                                                                The two main things pushing me towards Atlanta is the lower cost of living and the perks. But then again LA has a certain feeling to it. I can't describe it. Its almost liberating.

                                                                                                                                Everyone knocks Atlanta for its minimum wage and pay but what the fuck do I care? I'm not going to work a 9-5. I live comfortably in Boston, I'll live like a King in ATL.

                                                                                                                                Who here is going to show me around LA if I was too head out there? I'm talking shoots, clubs, vip all the good shit. Any volunteers to take the noob out and get him aquainted?
