Oh, i'm well aware of the fact that people are going to be telling me how wildly well they're doing with CCBill sites, my CCBill sponsors just seem to be converting a lot lower than my other ones lately.

Thats not what the flame will be for, 1200 isnt enough to judge, whats it look like for 10k hits or more?
I converted 1:166 yesterday with streetblowjobs but i assure you that isnt the norm. Some days are good some suck, but either way you never judge by one day.
ccbill has been doing 1:6671 for me this week on almost 47k clicks to tour pages. it's definitely been off a lot recently, that's well over 3x worse than my average for them.
T -10 minutes until someone says you need at least 94k clicks to judge it properly
One day you could have a ton of sales, and one day you might not.
try to look at your sales from a broader prospective like monthly graphs , and sometimes yearly graphs.
Your suffering from a common webmaster term called...."my stats suck today, and everything is going to go downhill from here - initis"
Ive been there many times.... and it just adds extra stress. Alot of us tend to overreact, especially if your new in the industry, if you have a bad sales day. We all have them, and alot of us tend to go through alot of stress thinking that something must be broken.
Best thing to do is just tighten your boot straps and just keep working at it.
If you dont convert well with a program, try another niche, etc etc...
Ive always told myself, hey..... I know my stats, and I know my traffic....but ive found traffic to be more like woman. Just when you think you know your traffic, your traffic might change its mind, and not convert well that day. Some days a woman can give you some really good hot sex, and some days she "has a headache". Sometimes, she might even lock you out of the house, or kick you in the nuts.
First off, CCBILL stats are not like most other stats. Some programs like ATK run EVERYTHING through the click counter. So when a surfer goes to your ATK FHGs they will be counted even if they never make it to the ATK website.
Second, CCBILL stats are not like most other stats. They count first page uniques. Not 2nd page. So if you are 1:1600 with CCBILL it is actually like being 1:400 with TCG.
Thirdly, less than 3K uniques a day to a sponsor ain't shit and for a lot of people here, less than 5K to 10K also ain't shit.
The reason it ain't shit is because you will see a lot of fluctuation. Pretend you are doing 1:1400 for weeks and then do a few days at 1:800. Eventually when you have a 0:2000 day you are going to bitch. But since fluctuations occur and you are still 1:1400 overall for the month, you have no reason to bring it up.
If you were sending 5K a day you would see a lot less day to day fluctuation like you are experiencing now. Give it time. Once you are sending 10K unqiues altogether to sponsors you will see months where each individual day is about the same and the next one. Hit 50K a day in uniques and you can almost set your watch to it.
Thank god I came over this thread. Last week was shit for sales wiyth CCBill. I had affiliates calling me up wondering if my site had been down. It hadn't. Basically I reckon that old scrubbing machine at CCBill has been turned up full blast because of charge backs etc. They have to keep it below 2% and oerhaps they got a bit close to it over Christmas/New Year.
I get about 1 chargeback a month and keep it clean with easy to leave button. But others don't and CCBill gets chargebacked.
Yesterday was no better. I just hope they get it back to how it was two weeks ago, when I had my best ever week. It's very frustrating when you have a run of great weeks, then two weeks later are over a third down.

I and others noticed a BIG decline in traffic on the 19th (Thursday) and also a slightly smaller decline on the 20th (Friday) with lower than average sales on both days... It seems that for a 24 hour period people didn't like porn as much.
My own gallery stats shows a raw/unique ratio of 87%
SHHHHHHH! you're supposed to keep letting the "experts" pretend the 50% unique:raw ratio is something that they didn't just pull out of their ass one day

This isn't true anymore. We changed our FHGs a number of months ago to count only clicks TO the tours... not TO the FHGs. Also, we have added the ability to count clicks through CCBill or Paycom's tracking systems from the FHGs by flipping a switch in the ATKCash Profile.
So every surfer is clicking your gallerylink at least twice?
No, not the gallery link. Links to the tour that are on the gallery, free site, or anywhere else the affiliate might have placed a tour link.
CCBills script counts only raw clicks but our script counts every raw and unique click so yes I know for a fact that you get at least twice as many raw clicks to the tour as unique.
This number can go up and down depending on how many and aggressive or blindish your links to the sponsors tour are.
Oh and it doesnt have to be every surfer clicking twice, it could be every other surfer clicking 3 times, and every second licking once, you get the point.....

Traffic is fickle
