Underneath my appartment there is a restaurant...a South American restaurant. It think its a family business and my guess is they are from Peru.
So these people have obvious alcohol problems. As soon as the last guests leave they turn on the music and start drinking. First its pretty calm but after 1 or 2 hours of drinking they go completely nuts. They crank the music up so loud, you wouldnt believe it. Not only that but they start fighting and yelling and crying.
I hear them chasing their wifes through building, up the stairs and back and in the meanwhile yelling "puta this and puta that" at them. I hear them beating these women, throwing stuff at them and redecorating the whole place basically.
This continues till, if im lucky, 6 in the morning but believe me, 10 in the morning is no problem for them.
Now im not a difficult guy. I like to listen to my music as well and i can handle some noise from the neighbours every now and then.
They used to do this once a week, or once every 2 weeks, but right now we're talking 4 or 5 times a week. Its insane. Totally insane.
I called the police twice already, last time just 2 days ago....but those asshats in the restaurant dont care. I think they simply get so drunk they totally live on another planet.
So anyway i think the police will arrive anytime soon now (its 6 in the morning here).
It will solve the problem for tonight...but within 2 days they will continue their party.
