the people who can make these kinda skins can do it becouse they have there own boards.

so, that would be like the company who paints mcdonalds comes over and does you a top notch job on your burger king

We are currently in the process of skinning 3 Vbulletin forums for clients, as well as one of our own. It's a pain in the ass to do, and most people want to pay pennies for the work.

I would love to help you out, however we cannot help you immediately. It would be after the new year. Many of the adult designers are swamped now due to the show coming up. Everyone and their brother is getting their creatives and sites in order for the show!

Have you searched Google for "Vbulletin Skin" I think that will turn up quite a few guys. The other option is to check the vbulletin forums.
