I think it's a very professional design.
Yes, I see a couple of similarities between "2advanced" as MetaMan mentioned (circular transition, some of the bordering design elements), but the overall design is yours. Your new site is not a direct rip of another site, but more of a lot of inspiration taken from another site and put into yours.
On another personal note, I dig your low-band version better. I'm from the mentality that something that looks "cool / neat / fucking stellar" only does so for the first couple of times you see it. After that, it's either usable or not. For example, the 2Advanced site is great to look at, once (maybe twice)- if I ever had to rely on that site for business, I wouldn't.
In the end, I appreciate the effort you and your team obviously put into the site, even though I've never used your company. I'm just happy to see progression, wherever that is.
