That's cool you liked it...my friends saw it and loved it, but I have yet to see it...better dust off the Blockbuster card and "VCR" hehe

Almost everyone I know really liked it, including me........it was really very entertaining............and that vampire chick was really hot..........I think she's gonna be in "Van Helsing"........and yes, lil2rich4u2, I heard a sequel IS in the works and will get done as it did well and even better on DVD.

I watched that film years ago, and I can't really remember much about it now. It think it's too late for them to make a sequel.

Nah, I don't like it that much either. I found it to be too long. As for your question, it's been quite a while since they showed the movie, so I don't think that there's going to be a part 2.

Most people who read SF books in the last 20 years know that Matrix is the plagiarism, the copied mixture of a lot of good SF stuff written in the last 2000 years.

but matrix is sold as the 'origin' of all these mixed together ideas - matrix would be a good thing if it wouldn't take itself so serious.

Underwold is free of that ballast so it is easier to watch I think.
Underworld doesn't claim to be the original, the first, the real thing or whatever.

It is a good mixture, a cool fairy tale with cool graphix and special fx.

Yeah, the sequel should be sweet. The movie was planned to be split into two parts from the very beginning; so hopefully the sequel wont dissapoint like the Matrix did. Should have an actual coherent storyline.

btw, the Underworld soundtrack is definitely worth picking up. Its got some kickass tracks, including one featuring Maynard from TOOL/APC singing backup for David Bowie.
