... I think the text in the middle is good ... but it would be greater if you change the font color of "Cum see the full movie" and "Fully Clothed Sex" so it will be more effective...

Small issue with the "Cum Join" link. The font is Times Roman which is a terrible font IMO, very 1997. Also, the rest of your text is Arial, I presume, and I like to keep the fonts consistent.
So just make it all Arial.
Sorry not much help. If you want something snazzier then you should probably outsource the design. But snazzy doesn't always sell. You could literally spend hours if not days designing graphics, retouching photos, and creating slices in Photoshop, or just pay someone $15 to do it. I guarantee if you've never designed a really good page it will take you a long time to learn it well.
I forget the economist who said: "Do what you do best, and buy the rest", but it's true for global economies and adult webmasters alike.
That's probably more than you wanted to hear.

Where are you marketing it? Search engines? Or tgps?
You could spread the images across more pages for a tease effect. Write up a little story line with it the pages...
Some people add short clips.
Red is a "take action" emotion color. But .... here it distracts my eye from the pictures. Prolly just me...
You could disguise the affiliate links with css. I read surfers are hip to looking at the windows display to where they are going when they click. affliate link = spam page to them and they back out of your page.

Here is my honest opinion:
- The layout is very basic.
- Black and red are not the best combinations. I believe the contrast will push away ? not warm & welcoming.
- Your first section of text has errors (sorry, but that is one of my pet peeves): No spelling mistakes but there are more than a few errors with your grammar and punctuation.Comment

The first thing that jumps out at me....the color of the couch or chair in the pics does not conrtast well with the color you are using
as a background ...the "reds"on your page are too similar.
You want to set your pics apart from the background you lay them on!
Maybe try a darker grey than your text box to excentuate your pics.
Just an opinion.
