Point being its NOT a communist concept. Communism incorperated public education; that doesnt make public education communistic.
ALL goods are not equally shared and a single authoritarian power does not control public education.
You can copy and paste all you want public education was around before anyone gave a crap about Marx.

or that a swastika = nazis
