    Question: Buisness - Tax Write Off

    How do you go about doign tax write offs?

    I run a one-girl website, but it's not a "registered buisness". It's just a website I run.

    Though I wouldn't mind getting write off's for all the hotel, and scene rentals for the photo shoots.

    So how exactly can I get a tax write off?

      its pretty easy - you have to file a Schedule C form with the feds showing you took however much in $. then you just list the expenses and you pay taxes on the net profit. you don't have to have officially incorporated or set up anything like that.

              save receipts for everything

              and find a good CPA that has balls to push the limit to the edge, legally.

                  keep reciepts and log it into a category.

                  If you are serious about getting into the biz I also suggest hiring a CPA. They will definatly point you in the right direction.
